 To attention of participants of competition! Acceptance of applications extended until May 24 inclusive!  

Several categories of musicians are invited to take part in the Festival-competition «The music without borders»: students of the musical-pedagogical faculties of higher educational institutions, students of the conservatories and institutions of art, students of the colleges of arts, pupils of musical schools, art schools, other educational institutions of art-aesthetic profile and also non-professional performers, teachers of the musical-pedagogical faculties of higher educational institutions, of the conservatories and institutions of art, of musical schools, art schools, other educational institutions of art-aesthetic profile.

   The idea of the organizers of the Festival-competition is to show musical and creative work of teachers with students and pupils on the original, that has no analogues in Russia, competition, using the most powerful medium of our time – the Internet. You can watch and listen to the presentations of the participants at any time on the site of the competition.

Goals and tasks of the International virtual Festival-competition 

1. Identify and support the most talented and promising children and youth in the field of musical art.

2. Exchange of experience between teachers, support of constant creative contacts between them.

3. The expansion of national and international creative relations in the framework of the festival-competition.

NOMINATIONS OF THE VIRTUAL FESTIVAL-COMPETITION

1.Instrumental music (solo piano);

2.Instrumental music (accordion, bayan, domra, balalaika, guitar);

3.Instrumental music (wind instruments);

4.Instrumental music (stringed instruments);

5.Instrumental music (ensemble);

6.Instrumental music (ensemble teacher-pupil);

7.Instrumental music (accompaniment art);

8.Instrumental music (piano, accordion, bayan, stringed instruments - for non-professional performers);

9.The composition;

 CATEGORIES OF THE FESTIVAL-COMPETITION

1. Students of the musical-pedagogical faculties of higher educational institutions;

2. Students of the Conservatories and  Institutions of Arts

3. Students of pedagogical colleges;

4. Students of the colleges of arts;

5. Pupils of musical schools, art schools, other educational institutions of art-aesthetic profile of the age group of 6-8 years;

6. Pupils of musical schools, art schools, other educational institutions of art-aesthetic profile of the age group of 9-12 years;

7. Pupils of musical schools, art schools, other educational institutions of art-aesthetic profile of the age group of 13-15 years;

8. Teachers of the musical-pedagogical faculties of higher educational institutions, conservatories and  institutions of arts; of pedagogical colleges, colleges of arts; musical schools, art schools, other educational institutions of art-aesthetic profile (no age limit);

9. Non-professional performers (no age limit).

THE REGULATIONS OF THE FESTIVAL-COMPETITION

There are two stages:

THE FIRST STAGE – registration of participants at the competition site from April 15 to May 24, 2017.  

THE SECOND STAGE – Listening to the members of the jury of the contest videos of participants, determination of laureates and diploma winners of the competition (from 24 May to 30 of  May, 2017). The announcement of the results will be on  the website of the festival-competition from May 30 to June 2, 2017

THE CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL-COMPETITION

The performance includes not less than two compositions of the participant’s choice. Duration of the video should not exceed 15 minutes to the 1,2,3,4,8 categories of participants; the 5,6,7,9 categories – up to 10 minutes.

Participants category number 9 "The composition" represent the two instrumental works. They perform their compositions, either alone or represent the computer versions. They have to send to the email address of the festival-competition notes essays submitted simultaneously with the registration on the website.

  Participants are evaluated on the basis of the average score of the jury on a 100-point system:

THE GRAND PRIX – the participant, who scored 100 points.

THE FIRST DEGREE LAUREATE – the participants, who scored from 93 to 99 points.

THE SECOND DEGREE  LAUREATE – the participants, who scored from 87 to 92 points.

THE THIRD DEGREE  LAUREATE – the participants, who scored from 81 to 86 points.

THE FORTH DEGREE LAUREATE – the participants, who scored from 75 to 80 points.

THE FIFTH DEGREE LAUREATES – the participants, who scored from 69 to 74 points.

THE DIPLOMA WINNER OF THE FIRST DEGREE – the participants, who scored from 68 to 73 points.

THE DIPLOMA WINNER OF THE SECOND DEGREE – the participants, who scored from 59 to 67 points.

THE DIPLOMA WINNER OF THE THIRD DEGREE – the participants, who scored from 51 to 58 points.

The rest of the participants receive the certificates for participation in the Festival-competition. The members of the jury have the right not to award some prizes, and also separate the prize between several participants. If several competition participants scored 100 points, the jury makes a further vote on the selection of the absolute winner. The regulations also provide for a variety of special prizes. Teachers of  laureates and diploma winners of the festival-competition will receive special diplomas of the organizing Committee. 

Video can be recorded in any video format and should coincide with following requirements:

1) Instrument, face, hands of performer should be visible on the video.

2) Stop your camcorder during a performance of the competitive program is not allowed.

3) The video, which doesn’t coincide with requirements, will be returned to the participant with the proposal to give a new, which will coincide with requirements of the festival-competition.

The participant should send the following documentation:

* The completed online application form in Russian or English language.

* Scanned birth certificate or passport.

* Scanned receipt of payment of the organizational fee in the amount of 1200 rubles for the nomination for Russian participants, US $25 or 20 Euro for foreign participants. For the participation in the additional nomination of extra charge of 500 rubles for Russian participants, US $12 or 10 Euro for foreign participants.

* Link to the video of the competition performance in the open hosting (YouTube or the like). 

* Color photo, size shouldn’t be more than 800X600 PCB.

The entrance fee pays the participants of the festival-competition.  Diplomas and certificates are sent to the participants of the festival – competition on specified in the application post address.
